If you operate a call center or tech support operation, you will want call center queueing.

In this configuration, incoming calls are placed in a holding queue until there is an agent available to take the call. As soon as an agent is free, the call is routed to that agent.

You can have 1 to 100 agents to take your calls; they can be located anywhere in the world. So your call center could be distributed, with each agent in a different location, even a different country. Call center queueing opens up a world of possibilities for your call center or tech support operation.
